GREENWOOD – Junior Hannah Stephenson of the Lander women’s golf team has been named Golfer of the Week, the league office announced Thursday.
Stephenson most recently tied for sixth place at the Flagler Fall Slam earlier this week. She hit a very consistent game, shooting a 78 and 74 in the two rounds for a six-over-par tournament, the highest among all PBC golfers. She also currently has the fifth-lowest strokes per round average in the PBC with a 75.
The Bearcats conclude the fall portion of their schedule with the Savannah Lakes Fall Invitational at the Monticello Golf Course in McCormick, S.C., this coming Sunday and Monday.
